Letter from the President

As the 2008 Walnut Creek Warrior Lacrosse season draws to a close, we are so proud of our club and its players.  Congratulations to all for another great season.  Good luck to those in the playoffs.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the players, coaches, volunteers and parents that make our club.  We had a great season.  We had our second annual car wash that was bigger than last year, who knew we could wash so many cars!  Club day was a great day with all 10 teams out on the field at some time during  the day.  Special thanks to Lorne Smith for his fast shot coaching and to Steve Panarelli from the San Jose Stealth for coming out to support our club!  Lastly, it was nice to see so many families at our Rocco's dinner fund raisier.

I look forward to seeing you all at the end of season picnic on Monday, May 26 at Pleasant Hill Park.
