Youth Community Lacrosse for Walnut Creek, Martinez, Concord, Pleasant Hill and Clayton.

Change Team:

The competitive program and action plan was created to provide structure with-in our Club to address the development needs of the “A” level player and those trying to become"A" level players.  Managed by the Competitive Committee, the plan will put a framework in place to steadily improve our club’s competitive offering. Enacting the plan will allow us to better attract talented athletes, support the competitive level player and prepare them for Varsity level play in high school.

The Warrior Competitive program will strive to identify, support, and improve the playing experience for our advanced level players.  Our program will attract, develop and encourage lacrosse talent via a structured plan starting at our youngest age levels.  The Warrior advanced teams will compete successfully with the Top Nor Cal and State programs by 2012, and our competitive players will enter High School ready to compete at the Varsity level.

The Committee:
The competitive committee will be made up of our current “A” program head coaches plus either the VP of Boys or Girls programs.  The term of service will be one year from December to December and will renew if coaches continue in the A level capacity as head coach.  The responsibility of the committee will be to develop and recommend short term action plans for the upcoming season and off-season, and longer term goals to continuously improve our Competitive Program.
